Shey Phoksundo Lake Trek Permit Cost
The Lower Dolpo Permit cost is US$ 20 per person per week, whereas the Shey Phoksundo National Park entry fee is US$30 per person.

Spring (March to May): The trekkers say spring is the best Shey Phuksundo Lake Trek season. In addition to the best climatic conditions, the best views of spectacular and colorful rhododendrons bloom this season. The temperature is moderate during this season, and the weather is perfect. Lower Dolpo Trek Duration
lower Dolpo trek The 15-day journey begins with a short scenic flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, followed by another 30-minute flight to Juphal, the start of the trek. This trek discovers the beautiful villages of Dunai Bazaar, Phoksundo, Dhotrap, Numala Base Camp, and the beautiful blue-colored Shey-Phoksundo Lake with its surrounding green valley pine forest.
How difficult Lower Dolpo Trek?
Lower Dolpo Trek is moderate trail trekking, so it is difficult for the Numa La Pass (5,238 m) and Baga La Pass (5,214 m). There will be 3 nights of camping because there is no tea house in Numa La Base Camp, Danigar, or Yak Kharka.
